3. AI Generated Content

Content generated through OMNIX may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, factual errors, unexpected outputs, or inappropriate results.

Users are fully responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before use.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use OMNIX for illegal purposes
• Generate harmful or abusive content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt platform operations

5. Payments

All purchases made through OMNIX are final.

Credits, subscriptions, plans, and digital products are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The OMNIX name, branding, logos, software, website design, user interface, and platform assets remain the property of Nexora Intelligence unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNIX and Nexora Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

11. No Warranty

OMNIX makes no warranties regarding:

• Future feature availability
